Why does creating faith-inspired art seem so hard?
but you feel stuck in how to connect your faith with your work.
Whether you've been painting for years or you're just getting started, your art should bring glory to God, draw people to Christ, and maintain your creative vision,
AND communicated in a way that’s true to your story + faith.
Maybe you’ve tried searching for inspiration on Pinterest, Instagram, or YouTube, but when that blank page stares back you, the thought comes “This mess looks nothing like her beautiful creation.”
Or you’ve created portfolio-worthy pieces but you feel empty—you know it can get the comments and ❤️’s and sell... But it’s not quite communicating the story God has given you to tell others.
Combining your faith+art shouldn't feel like a puzzle
Hour 1
Your art is more than just paint on a canvas or strokes on a page—it’s a story waiting to be told, a testimony of God’s work in your life. In this workshop, you’ll discover the power of storytelling in art, not just as a way to connect with viewers, but as a way to draw them into something deeper. You’ll take time to reflect on the unique story God has given you, recognizing how He has shaped your journey and how that can be expressed through your creativity.
We’ll dive into Scripture, helping you bridge the gap between your personal experiences and biblical truths, so you can create with greater meaning, clarity, and purpose. And most importantly, you’ll learn how to make art that glorifies God while staying true to your artistic style and abilities—because the way He made you to create is no accident. This is about more than just making art—it’s about using your creativity as a faithful offering that speaks, inspires, and points others to Him.
Hour 2
Your art has a message, and your Artist’s Statement is the key to uncovering it with clarity and confidence. In this workshop, you’ll craft a statement that becomes the foundation of your creative work, guiding your collections so that each piece feels intentional and meaningful. But this isn’t just about words—it’s about aligning your art with God’s purpose for you and making it easier to share your work with others.
You’ll learn how your Artist’s Statement can shape your marketing in an honest, authentic way, helping you talk about your work without feeling forced or salesy. And when burnout creeps in, you’ll have a clear, faith-driven message to come back to—a reminder of why you create and who you’re creating for. Most importantly, you’ll discover marketing strategies that not only help sell your art but also point others to Christ, allowing your creativity to serve a greater purpose beyond just a transaction.
After the workshop
This workshop isn’t just about inspiration—it’s about equipping you with the tools you need to confidently create art that reflects your faith. You’ll receive Rachel’s Collection Launch Workbook, a step-by-step guide to help you outline your collection, track your finances, and even write marketing copy with ease using proven templates. You’ll also gain The FAITHful Artist Guidebook, a resource you can turn to again and again as you grow in both your art and business.
But you won’t be doing this alone—you’ll have the chance to connect with other Christ-centered creatives, sharing this experience with a supportive community that understands your heart for faith-driven art. And in our LIVE IMPLEMENTATION EXERCISE, you’ll put the FAITHful Artist Framework into action, combining God’s Word, your Artist Statement, and your creative style to create a collection that is deeply meaningful and truly your own. This isn’t just another workshop—it’s a transformational experience designed to help you create with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
It's time for your faith + art to radiate confidence, consistency, and Christ’s goodness in your life.

I'm Rachel
Here to Help You Create With Faith & Purpose
I'm the painter and designer behind the Mercy Creates, and the host of The FAITHful Artist Workshop I’m inspired by the big and bold truths found in the Bible, and I love hearing how women use that artwork to have Christ-centered conversations in their homes and offices.
With a background in fine art, drawing, painting, graphic design, and photography, you can say I’ve got a thing for the arts… 😏 In fact, I love it so much that I work full-time as a graphic designer at a non-profit and then decided to open a business of my watercolor creations. I don’t just like to create art... I like to sell it, too!
And I've got the numbers to prove it:
